Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sommelier role located in Zákynthos at Contessina Collection Hotels & Resorts. The Sommelier will be responsible for the wine service and sales, supervising the wine cellar, and wine pairing. The Sommelier will also collaborate with the Food & Beverage team and communicate with guests, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of wine pairing and wine sales
  • Experience as a Sommelier
  • Food & Beverage experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Service-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Wine certification or advanced education in wine is preferred
  • Prior experience in luxury hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
