Role Description

This is a contract role as Head Waiter for Contessina Collection Hotels & Resorts located in Zákynthos. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience of guests, supervising the waitstaff, ensuring prompt and courteous food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and resolving guest complaints. This is an on-site role and is located in Zákynthos.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Food and beverage knowledge and experience in food service
  • Cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the food service industry, and a certification in food safety or hospitality management.
