OLEA All Suite Hotel is a part of design hotels by Marriott and offers 93 luxury suites of superb elegance. Located in Zákynthos, the hotel overlooks the impressive lake-like pool, the Ionian Sea or the lavish green gardens. The element of water is an integral part of Olea’s concept, connecting the indoors seamlessly with the outdoors.

 

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Improves restaurant’s operational performance and guest satisfaction indicators
  • Delivers excellent levels of customer service; responds to all guest requests and complaints
  • Oversee and manage shifts effectively to ensure a smooth and effective overall operation by guiding colleagues and personally involving himself in all required aspects of the sequence of service
  • Provide direction and support to all restaurant colleagues at any time, particularly during the operational hours
  • Train colleagues following the applicable standards and policies
  • Manage the reservations according to our policy.
  • Ensures that an effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas.
  • Consistency monitors of food and beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Senior Management.
  • Conducts accurate inventories monthly
  • Oversees storage and orders daily
  • Ensures that health and safety standards are being met and that all employees work in a safe environment.

 

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Previous working experience in a fine-dining restaurant
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
  • Positive attitude, hospitality-oriented, passion for excellence
  • Self-motivation and exceptional communication and team-building skills
  • Experience in monitoring financial performance will be considered a plus
  • Outstanding communication abilities, strong leadership and stress management.
  • Pleasant personality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high-quality results
