OLEA All Suite Hotel, part of Design Hotels by Marriott, is a luxury hotel located in Zákynthos. The hotel offers 93 adult-friendly luxury suites with superb contemporary elegance. The hotel’s concept is centered around water, with a 4000sq2 main pool connecting the indoors seamlessly with the outdoors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Breakfast Cook. The Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items based on established recipes and menus, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food safety procedures are followed, and working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Certification in culinary arts or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to follow established recipes and menus
  • Understanding of food safety procedures
  • Experience with cooking breakfast items
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Greek is a plus
