Launching in 2024, skinos will cater to guests from all over the world, offering excellent food, beverage and entertainment. In addition to the Greek islands influenced menu which will incorporate local dishes. Greek summer dining is a way of life.

Education and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Chef role

(Restaurant pre-opening and opening experience required)

Experience with Greek/Mediterranean cuisine is a must

High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication

Job Summary


We are looking for a flexible, passionate and dedicated individual who is a team leader and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the all expectations are met.

Ensuring culinary standards and responsibilities are met for the restaurant.

Motivating, supervising and working closely with other colleagues.

Manages the entire food supply chain, inventory and all related purchases.

Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards

Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen equipment and organising repairs when needed

Ensuring the Line and Prep Cooks prepare the dishes according to the Head Chef’s specifications and standards

Training new kitchen employees on the restaurant’s standards and regulations

Supervises restaurant kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.

Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards

Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavors.

Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for the restaurant, manages food menu engineering, pricing, food sales and food cost.

Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
