This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Atlantica Hotels & Resorts located in Zákynthos. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phones and providing information about the hotel and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Tourism & Hotels Studies diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with hotel reservations software is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in english and experience with other foreign languages is a plus
